The camera won't open

Your browser needs camera permission. Open your browser settings, allow camera for confetti.cam, then reopen the link from your table card.

My name isn't on the list

Type your name and tap “Shoot as…”. You'll be added and can start shooting immediately — the couple sees you were a self-add.

There's no signal at the venue

Keep shooting. Photos are saved on your phone the moment you take them and upload themselves when signal returns. Leave the page open a moment when you're done.

For couples

When do I see the photos?

By default, the morning after — the whole album at once, sorted by who took it. You can switch to live during setup.

How long do you keep them?

12 months from your wedding date. We'll nudge you at 60, 14, and 3 days before that so you can download everything.

Can I get a refund?

Before the wedding, yes — full refund, one click, no questions. After the album is delivered, email us and we'll sort it out.
